1) surface dust cleaning: after wiping with a clean cloth, touch the surface of the mold with your hands. If no dust is felt, it will be qualified.
2) mold guide sleeve and guide column cleaning: wipe the oil accumulation block of guide sleeve, guide column and guide block with a cloth, and then apply a small amount of oil for lubrication.
3) cleaning the punching area: use a hammer to remove the scrap in the hole, the stuck scrap on the slip plate and the scrap on the cutting edge.
4) if there is coating, the drawing surface of the mold must be cleaned, and the surface must be cleaned by hand. The first piece of material during production must be wiped with a cloth. After production, the mold must be coated with a little oil.
