9. Further development and application of die hydroforming technology
Hydraulic forming technology is a kind of technological means adopted by mold expansion technology, which has been widely used in belt pulley and similar products in the past. This method simplifies the die structure and reduces the number of parts, overcomes the serious thinning of materials in the conventional forming process, and greatly reduces the production cost while improving the product quality.
